These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NÉVE website and the purchase of our products.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About NÉVE

NÉVE is a dessert brand specialising in handcrafted burnt cheesecakes and selected beverages and desserts.

Our products are prepared in limited quantities to maintain freshness and quality.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful and personal purposes only.

You must not:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorised access to our website or systems

3. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information are accurate. However, slight differences may occur due to preparation, ingredients, photography, device settings or seasonal availability.

Product images are for visual reference and may not exactly represent the product received.

All products are subject to availability. NÉVE may limit quantities, change flavours, substitute ingredients where reasonably necessary, or temporarily remove or discontinue products.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding an alternative or appropriate resolution.

4. Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, including their name, contact details, delivery address, selected products, quantities and delivery or pickup preferences.

Please review your order before payment.

An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued.

5. Payment

All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless otherwise indicated.

Payment must be completed using the methods available at checkout.

NÉVE may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or a payment-related issue is suspected.

6. Delivery

Delivery availability depends on location and the options available at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, third-party delivery delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order. Additional charges may apply if a second delivery attempt or alternative arrangement is required.

7. Self-Pickup

Where available, orders must be collected within the designated pickup period.

Customers are responsible for transporting and handling products carefully after collection. NÉVE is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation or storage after pickup.

8. Storage & Product Care

Our cheesecakes are freshly prepared and should be refrigerated as soon as possible after receiving them.

Customers are responsible for following NÉVE’s storage instructions.

NÉVE is not responsible for changes in product quality caused by improper storage, heat, prolonged room-temperature exposure or mishandling after delivery or collection.

9. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:

Milk and dairy
Eggs
Wheat
Nuts
Soy
Other ingredients used in our kitchen

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should contact NÉVE before ordering.

NÉVE cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.

10. Order Changes & Cancellation

Order changes or cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

Changes may include products, quantities, delivery details or pickup arrangements. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests where possible, but changes may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun.

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins, subject to confirmation from NÉVE. Cancellation may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has started.

11. Refunds, Replacements & Damaged Products

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, refunds and replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

The wrong product was delivered
A product is significantly damaged upon arrival
A product is missing
There is a confirmed issue with the order

Please contact NÉVE as soon as possible and provide your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

NÉVE will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution.

12. Promotions & Discounts

NÉVE may offer promotions, discounts, vouchers or special campaigns from time to time.

Offers may have additional terms, including validity periods, minimum purchases, product restrictions, limited availability or one-time-use conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

NÉVE may modify or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary.

13. Intellectual Property

All NÉVE website content, including the brand name, logo, photography, product images, illustrations, graphics, text, layout and website design, is owned by or licensed to NÉVE unless otherwise stated.
